L&#8217;autopista disposa d&#8217;un sistema innovador de gesti\u00f3 de tr\u00e0fic mitjan\u00e7ant &#8216;Express Lanes&#8221; o carrils de reserva, que permeten als automovilistes despla\u00e7ar-se m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament sense les retencions del tr\u00e0fic general, previ pagament d&#8217;un peatge variable en funci\u00f3 de la velocitat de circulaci\u00f3 en els dem\u00e9s carrils. El projecte t\u00e9 un pressupost de 121,5 milions de d\u00f2lars (100 milions d&#8217;euros). Ha suposat l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 de les cal\u00e7ades en ambd\u00f3s\u00a0sentits al llarg de 17,7 quil\u00f2metres\u00a0l&#8217;autopista I-95 , en la part nort de l&#8217;\u00e0rea metropolitana de Miami, amb la finalitat de passar d&#8217;un carril d&#8217;alta ocupaci\u00f3 a dos carrils de peatge autom\u00e0tic,<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> <span style=\"color: #003300\">mantenint el mateix nombre de carrils de lliure peatge (de tres a cinc depenent de la secci\u00f3). L&#8217;extensi\u00f3 total del projecte abastar\u00e0 m\u00e9s de 38,4 quil\u00f2metres\u00a0(24 milles).<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #003300\">Si la velocitat en els dem\u00e9s carrils \u00e9s m\u00e9s baixa (hores punta), el peatge s&#8217;incrementa i si \u00e9s m\u00e9s elevada disminueix. La velocitat \u00e9s mesurada per c\u00e0meres de gesti\u00f3 de tr\u00e0fic, que de manera autom\u00e0tica determinen la variaci\u00f3 del peatge. A cap ciutad\u00e0 dels Estats Units mai li passar\u00e0 pel cap no voler pagar el peatge.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span style=\"color: #003300\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A Espanya, que tinguin les carreteres, autovies i autopistes que vulguin. No s\u00f3c cap rodam\u00f3n -sempre penso que algun dia ho podr\u00e9 ser-, per\u00f2 crec que les de Catalunya, s\u00f3n millors. Envejables. No podia ser menys per tot el que ha de tenir una naci\u00f3. Parlem de carreteres, d&#8217;autovies o autopistes, per\u00f2, tamb\u00e9 ho podem fer a prop de la sanitat p\u00fablica, l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, els transports p\u00fablics, investigaci\u00f3 i recerca i, si volen, tamb\u00e9 els sectors privats han de funcionar molt b\u00e9. Mirin, una naci\u00f3 com Catalunya ha de funcionar tant b\u00e9 o millor que qualsevol Estat europeu dels m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats i progressistes. A la naci\u00f3 castellana que facin el que vulguin, per\u00f2, la catalana pot ser\u00a0i ha de ser la millor. Tot ha de brillar. I per ser els millors, s&#8217;ha de pagar i s&#8217;ha d&#8217;invertir. Calen m\u00e9s iniciatives empresarials i menys atur.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00c9s clar que tamb\u00e9 cal esfor\u00e7 i voluntat per volguer fer les coses tant ben fetes com ens sigui possible. Si volen fabricar cal\u00e7otets, ja siguin curts o llargs, -els llargs, a m\u00e9s que van molt b\u00e9 per la fred, s\u00f3n &#8216;sexy fashion&#8217; i tamb\u00e9, elaborats amb teixit apropiat, es poden portar a l&#8217;estiu- que siguin els millors cal\u00e7otets del m\u00f3n. Si volen fabricar torradores, que siguin les millors del m\u00f3n i, si per exemple, volem fabricar ordinadors o altres elements port\u00e0tils que es faci de manera que, a l&#8217;obrir la tapa, sonin una m\u00fasica i unes paraules que et recordin tot all\u00f2 que has de fer durant el dia, han de ser els millors del m\u00f3n. I aix\u00ed successivament. No \u00e9s ben b\u00e9 aix\u00ed,\u00a0 ja que la Generalitat \u00e9s el sistema institucional mitjan\u00e7ant el qual es desenvolupa pol\u00edticament el govern aut\u00f2nom de la naci\u00f3 catalana. Per\u00f2, fent esment de les carreteres, Catalunya que \u00e9s una naci\u00f3, ha de comptar amb les millors i m\u00e9s eficaces vies de comunicaci\u00f3, ja siguin carreteres, autovies o autopistes. I aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de pagar amb el suport de tots els ciutadans de Catalunya, sense cap vergonya. Pagar, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 -amb la Generalitat al davant- gestionar, controlar i exigir.
