Fa anys d&#8217;aix\u00f2, per\u00f2 si fos avui encara no tinc clar si ho faria igual o m&#8217;acolliria al dret a declarar en catal\u00e0. Perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s clar, si el jutge es castell\u00e0 i no li agrada gaire que li compliquin la vida en la seva sala, potser m&#8217;ho pensaria. Quan tens un plet, el que t&#8217;interessa \u00e9s sortint-ne el m\u00e9s ben parat possible; quan t&#8217;hi jugues els cal\u00e9s i la llibertat, la llengua \u00e9s el menys important. Molt probablement aquest \u00e9s un dels motius principals pels quals el catal\u00e0 ha avan\u00e7at tan poc en el m\u00f3n judicial on l&#8217;\u00fas del castell\u00e0 continua sent majoritari. Em temo que per m\u00e9s campanyes de normalitzaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica que faci la Generalitat, el catal\u00e0 continuar\u00e0 sent la segona llengua als jutjats.
